2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on jos189. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses, promotions, or other platform features is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of the balances within them.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and their account secure. jos189 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may be grounds for account closure and cancellation of all pending transactions. The name registered on the account must match the name on the bank account or digital wallet used for transactions.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the jos189 platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. Using the platform for illegal activities is strictly prohibited, including money laundering, fraud, manipulation of betting outcomes, or any action that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.
The use of automated software, bots, or other manipulation techniques to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. jos189 has a detection system that actively monitors for suspicious activity, and accounts found to be in violation may be suspended without prior warning.
Users are responsible for ensuring that access to the platform is made from a secure device that is free from malware. Losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain device security are not the responsibility of jos189.
4. Payment Information & IDR Transactions
All transactions on the jos189 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Available payment methods include bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri) as well as digital wallets such as GOPAY, Dana, and OVO. Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected method, generally starting from Rp50.000.
Withdrawal of funds can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the user's account. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted. Processing times vary, from a few minutes for e-wallets to several hours for bank transfers, depending on verification conditions and bank operating hours.
jos189 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Users may be asked to submit identity documents such as a national ID for verification purposes. Any transaction suspected of fraud or carried out with malicious intent will be cancelled, and the associated balance may be frozen during the investigation process. jos189 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
jos189 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, including fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or actions that harm the platform or other users. Suspension decisions are final unless a demonstrable error can be proven in writing.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the support service. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the request is verified.
Accounts that are inactive for a certain period may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with the policy in effect at that time. Users will be notified in advance by email before the fee is applied, and the account can be reactivated by logging in.

jos189 provides services on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted. jos189 is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, data loss, or service unavailability beyond our control.
Users understand that betting carries financial risk. jos189 is not responsible for financial losses experienced by users as a result of betting decisions they make themselves. Users are advised to play responsibly and not to use funds they cannot afford to lose.
